Khasto vintage pieces are one-of-a-kind that we selected during our travels in India. We purchased them from specialists, and sometimes the artisans directly. The sellers usually have extensive knowledge of the origin, technique and meaning of the piece. The pieces tell a story of a part of the culture and history of India. Learning about textiles reveals that its history is closely linked to cultures and regions beyond its borders, as many of the techniques were brought to India from other regions and vice versa.
